The Scoflex range of medium barrier pouches for vacuum packaging is ideal for cooked and fresh meat applications, e.g. small-medium joints, cooked meats and all standard vacuum applications.

Our range of extra thick 90 micron vacuum pouches are even more robust than the 65 micron bags, and thus more suitable to rigorous handling applications.

These pouches are manufactured from advanced resins giving the following characteristics; Freezeable, microwavable and have excellent Mechanical properties while meeting environmental challenges. The Optical attributes give a high clarity and gloss enhancing your product presentation.

Suitable for cooking up to 85C. For cooking applications requiring higher temperatures, we strongly recommend that you conduct your own trials, since product, cooking time and temperatures vary across applications and you need to be sure that the pouch will work for your application.

Construction: PA/PA/PE - Nylon on the outside is advantageous to prevent pouches sticking together when overlapping in a vacuum packer.

Please note: The pouches are not sterilizable - this would require them to reach a temperature of 121 deg C. These are only suitable to 85 deg C.
