Yes. Once you have made your first order, you can apply to open a credit account with us.

Can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item we will be happy to refund in full or exchange, providing it is in full resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days and in the original undamaged packaging. A handling fee of 30% of the value of the goods may be applicable. Unfortunately we cannot refund bespoke printed products.

If an item is delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please let us know immediately.

In all instances, please call our Customer Service team on 01202 684111 for a returns authorisation number and details on how to return the goods.

Can I collect in person?

Yes, just choose the Collect option at checkout. Please allow a minimum of 1 hour for the order to be processed and picked. If goods are out of stock you will be contacted to confirm availability of these goods.

Can I get a copy invoice or statement?

Yes. If you are registered with us and are authorised to view all sections of your customer portal, you can log in to order a copy invoice or statement, view outstanding balances, previous orders and product history.

I can’t find what I’m looking for

All of our core product lines are featured on this website. However, because of our very strong relationships with our manufacturing partners, we have access to an enormous range of other products at very competitive prices. Do you offer a printing/branding service?

Yes. We can custom print a large range of products. Just contact we with your ideas send us your logo by email and we will produce a mock-up which accurately represents the finished product. Please be aware that there is a minimum print run for custom printing.

What do I do if goods are missing from my delivery?

All orders must be checked on arrival. If you think an item is missing please note this on your delivery documents or contact our Customer Service team on 01202 684111.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver within 5 working days although in many areas it is often within 1 – 3 working days.

After you have placed your order our Customer Service team will contact you via e mail or phone to confirm your delivery day.

I have special instructions for my delivery

When placing your order you can note any special delivery instructions, for example ‘Not before 10am’, and we will endeavour to meet your request. 

I wish to amend my order

When you have placed your order an order confirmation will be emailed to you. If you wish to amend the order please contact the Customer Service team on 01202 683111 immediately and they will be happy to assist you.
