Delivery

At Comax we are very proud of our prompt and reliable delivery service. We have a fleet of our own vehicles that cover large parts of southern England, including Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, and parts of Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire. Beyond these areas, orders are delivered by courier.

Orders outside our local delivery area will only be dispatched once all items are in stock.

All orders containing age-restricted products will require proof of age on delivery. Delivery will only be completed to persons aged 18 years and over.

Local Delivery

Delivery within our local van service area is free on orders over £50 excl VAT.

Delivery is usually made within 48 hours, often next day. Stock & location dependant.

Delivery excludes weekends. Orders placed after 5.30pm Friday and over the weekend are processed on the next working day.

Rest of UK mainland – Outside of local van delivery

Standard delivery is by courier, within one to three days, stock & location dependant.

Delivery is free for courier orders over £100 excl VAT.

Delivery for courier orders under £100 excl VAT are charged at £9.95.

Orders will only be dispatched once all items are in stock.

Please note that in some cases products may need to be delivered on a pallet for safety or may incur extra courier costs due to weight. For example, where there is a substantial amount of glassware or if items are very bulky and risk being damaged. Where this is the case, we will advise you by phone of the additional cost before the order is dispatched.

Islands and Highlands

Delivery to the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Ireland is by courier, within one to three days. Orders will only be dispatched once all items are in stock.

How to return goods

If you wish to return an item, please call our customer service team on 01202 684111 for a returns authorisation number and details on how to return the goods.

A handling fee of up to 30% of the value of the goods may be applicable. Unfortunately, we cannot refund bespoke printed products.

If an item is delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please let us know immediately.
