The DayMark Tablet that accompanies the Matt 85 printer is an android based Bluetooth enabled wireless device.

Designed for the kitchen and compliments DayMark's kitchen automation platform. It has transformed how restaurants, retail food-service, and non-commercial kitchens efficiently and safely prepare food for the public.

The system starts with DayMark’s totally secure, server-independent digital distribution platform: the GATEWAY. DayMark’s own cloud based GATEWAY that hosts a number of innovative applications Like the Menu Pilot and the Menu Command system.

The Menu Pilot application runs seamlessly on the Matt85 Tablet and is you assistant in the kitchen. the tablet allows you to store video and recipe data as well as printing your food rotational and food safety labels. The tablet is supplied with a silicone cover to help protect the device in your busy kitchen.

PPDS products: Pre Packed for Direct Sale foods

What is prepacked for direct sale (PPDS) food?

Food that is packed before being offered for sale by the same food business to the final consumer:

i) on the same premises; or

ii) on the same site

iii) on other premises, if the food is offered for sale from a moveable and/or temporary premises (such as marquees, market stalls, mobile sales vehicles) if the food is offered for sale by the same food business who packed it.

Prepacked for direct sale (PPDS) food does not include food packed at a consumer’s request, food not in packaging, or food in packaging that can be altered without opening or changing the packaging.
