CLEANLINE CATERING DESCALER 5L

5L Cleanline catering descaler.

A heavy duty acidic cleaning agent for the removal of limescale from catering equipment, utensils and dishwashing machines.

•  Concentrated balance of inorganic acids and non-ionic surfactants.
•  Suitable for removing limescale and other inorganic deposits from dishwashers, coffee/tea urns, bain maries, pasta boilers vending machines etc.
•  Ensures optimum performance of machinery and reduced maintenance.
•  Will preserve the life of your coffee machines and keep hot drinks urns free of unwanted limescale deposits.
•  Safe for use on stainless steel and chrome.

Recommended Dilution
Dilute accordingly to soiling level.

Light duty descaling: Dilute 1:20 Add 50ml per 1 litre of water.

General descaling: Dilute 1:5 Add 200ml per 1 litre of water.

Heavy duty descaling: Use neat, as supplied.

ENSURE YOU ARE WEARING RECOMMENDED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) AND HAVE THE CORRECT EQUIPMENT FOR THIS TASK.

Directions for Use
Equipment Descaling: Add Catering Descaler to the article to be cleaned, for best results heat the solution to 50oC.
Leave to soak until all scale has been removed.
Rinse out thoroughly with clean water.
To ensure no product residue remains a further second rinse is recommended.

Dishwashing Machine Descaling:
Switch off dosing equipment.
Fill dishwasher with fresh water.
Add 200ml of Catering Descaler to the water.
Circulate the solution for 10-15 minutes.
Drain and inspect for complete limescale removal.
Repeat if required.
Fill dishwasher with fresh water and circulate with water only for 10-15 minutes.
Allow to dry leaving door open.
Switch on dosing equipment.

TEST MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY IN A SMALL, INCONSPICUOUS PLACE BEFORE USE.

CAUTION: CONTAINS HYDROCHLORIC ACID, USE WITH CAUTION ON HYDROCHLORICACID SENSITIVE SURFACES.
