This knife from Amefa has been specifically designed to help make eating a more enjoyable experience for those with limited finger or wrist movement. The handle grip has been built up so that less strength and finger range is needed, whilst the blade is curved and designed to be used with the handle in an upright position, using a rocking motion. This means only very minimal effort is required for use, and excessive stress on joints is prevented. All the materials used for this knife are completely dishwasher safe, giving true independence at meal times.
