Their day job is running Conker Spirit, a UK craft distillery in Dorset. Like most businesses, they've had to flex and reinvent to navigate their way through Covid-19 and the 'new normal' in which we all find ourselves.  So, they got to work on what they do best – alcohol!  

From early March 2020, they shifted their distillery operations to bridge the huge supply shortage required by our frontline workers.  To date they have manufactured over 80,000 litres of 80% WHO formulation hand sanitiser for the NHS, Police, care homes and key worker businesses.
