Delivery

At Comax we are very proud of our prompt and reliable delivery service. We have a fleet of our own vehicles that cover large parts of southern England, including Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, and parts of Surrey and Sussex. Beyond these areas, our products are delivered by courier.

Orders outside our local delivery area will only be despatched once all items are in stock

Local delivery

Free delivery on orders over £30.

Delivery is usually made within 48 hours, often next day.

Delivery excludes weekends. Orders placed after 5.30pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday.

Rest of UK mainland

Standard delivery is by courier, within one to three days.
Express delivery is also available. Order by 4pm to receive your order before 4pm the following day.

Orders will only be despatched once all items are in stock.

Please note that in some cases products might need to be transported on a pallet for safety. For example, where there is a substantial amount of glassware or if items are very bulky and risk being damaged. Where this is the case, we will advise you by phone of the additional cost.

Delivery applies to mainland UK only and excludes remote and offshore areas (see below).

How to return goods

If you wish to return an item we will be happy to refund in full or exchange, providing it is in full resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days and in the original undamaged packaging. A handling fee of 30% of the value of the goods may be applicable. Unfortunately we cannot refund bespoke printed products.

If an item is delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please let us know immediately.
